Some of you may remember when TV news departments used 16mm film rather than videotape, then came digital, now the industry is getting into 4K, 8K, and other new technologies are emerging even faster today.
I first started in the film business in 1968 working for Gordon Yoder, sawing the tops off brand new 16mm Auricon cameras and installing plates to hold 400 ft. magazines. When Gordon decided to retire in 1978, I purchased his inventory and KENNEDY'S was established.
Through the years, KENNEDY'S has continued to serve the broadcast industry with a growing list of ENG/EFP support equipment. We now have an expanded inventory and can generally ship stock merchandise the same day. If there are items that we do not have in stock we can have them drop shipped to you for the fastest service possible.
Take a look at our suppliers listed on the Line Card, or give us a call for information on other equipment to which we may not have a current link. We continue to strive for improvements in providing quality service, competitive pricing, and excellent customer relations. Also take a look at the e-commerce part of our website, this is our first try at selling on line and hope it is a big help to our customers. Not everything is on line however we are adding items all the time. If there is something you would like us to add please let us know and if you find we have made any mistakes let us know that as well.
At KENNEDY'S there is always someone on hand to give you the personal service you can expect only from dedicated, experienced, broadcast professionals.
Like the film and video industry, KENNEDY'S has come a long way since 1978. We welcome your feedback and your questions. If we don't have the answer, we will find it. If we don't have the time, we will make it. We may not be the biggest, but we will be the most committed to your success.
